THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

At Crescent Psychiatry, I believe our work together should be collaborative and reflective. I believe symptoms should be understood in the context of both past and present experiences and that our time together should ultimately help you live your life more freely and fully. I approach mental health treatment with a genuine interest in getting to know each patient and taking the time to learn about their values, relationships, struggles, and conflicts.

If we decide to work together, you will find that I am a warm, attentive, and empathic psychiatrist who believes that treatment should be individualized and, depending on the presenting problem, can consist of any combination of medication and/or psychotherapy. Together, we will find a treatment plan that caters to your specific needs.

Do you accept insurance?

No. We do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill upon request if you'd like to see out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Do you offer in-office and virtual appointments?

Yes. We offer secure, HIPPA-compliant telepsychiatry appointments for adults located in the state of Georgia. We also offer in-office appointments one day a week.

How is your private practice different from large, corporate mental health clinics?

As a solo practitioner, I offer highly personalized, consistent, and relationship-based care that can be hard to find in larger, corporate-owned practices.

In many corporate-owned practices, care is fragmented, clinicians may rotate, and the focus can shift toward volume and efficiency over depth and continuity. We are a small, intentionally desined practice where you work directly with me - from the first phone call through ongoing treatment.

This means:

- You won't be passed between providers

- You'll receive thoughtful, individualized attention

- Our work together is guided by a trusting, rewarding relationship built over time.
